Lasting 3 Way Eyebrow Pencil

This pen sports a retractable pencil, brow powder, and a spoolie in one neat little stick.

The pencil is smudge-proof with a quick drying wax, adhesive formula that is resistant to both water and oil. Its tip is perfectly shaped for creating definition and filling gaps in the brow. How to use
