The Clear Toner also has Missha”s popular fermented yeast extract (saccharomyces ferment filtrate), which helps encourage cellular turnover, promoting clear, bright and even skin tone. Use this toner after your double-cleanse to sweep away remaining impurities while helping your skin absorb the remaining treatments.
